I made so...Ha, we must have been on the same vibe. I made some oatmeal scotchies on Friday--and, of course, I too cut the sugar. Never thought of adding flax though. I made your vegan cupcakes with a peanut butter/maple syrup frosting this week; they were delicious; I was surprised at how moist they were. <br /><br />Now I'm going to use up the rest of my beets from this summer by making some chocolate muffins for my son's class.
