The DB recipe called for 2 egg yolks, I wonder if that would have helped. (The DB recipe called for 1 1/2 c. flour or 200 g. - I weighed the 1 1/2 c. and got 100 g. Don't judge me!<br />The tian looks beautiful, makes me think I should have tried the original recipe.
