I am not sure how long it will take me, but I will make all of the bread recipes in Jim Lahey's My Bread!

I was debating if I should include the sandwich ingredients, since they aren't really bread.  They all look so good, that I will list those that will be made for sure:

And we all know that with the huge amount of carbohydrates being made at Casa RCakeWalk, inevitably there will be some leftovers.  The last chapter of the book focuses on using old bread, and I will try these:

I feel strange entering in to a commitment of this sort open-endedly, but it is really the best way.  After all, my mantra is "Everything in Moderation"!  You wouldn't want me making all of this bread in a month or two anyway, unless you were in line outside my kitchen door.  And let me know if you do want to get on line - I'll happily oblige!
